Hans’ interest is regulatory challenges of biopharmaceuticals, particularly biosimilars. He obtained Master‟s degree in Biomedical Sciences at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam and a Master‟s degree in the science, technology and public management profile from the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He obtained his PhD at the division of pharmacoepidemiology and clinical pharmacology of Utrecht University on the topic of regulatory challenges of biopharmaceuticals. He previously worked for Centocor BV and Samsung Bioepis and the Dutch Medicines Evaluation Board and currently works at Biogen.
